You'll be going on a Journey of Self-Discovery through Journaling. On this Journey, you'll be traveling through your "Inner World," your world of thoughts, emotions, dreams and desires. You'll be writing all about what you see, bringing your "Inner World" into the "Outer World."

There Are A Few Materials You'll Need In Order to Complete This Class:
Paper to Write On: I recommend that you use a notebook when writing, as it would be cool to keep all of your Journals together in one place! It will be a "mini book" that you will always be able to read to learn more about your Self!
Writing Utensils: A pen, pencil, marker, crayon, it doesn't really matter. Use whatever will help You to Express Your Self Creatively & Authentically!
A Desire to "Dig Deep" and Learn More About Your Self!: If you do all 9 Journals, It's Going to Get DEEP! Having a Desire to "Dig Deep!" is essential if you want to get the most out of this class!
TIME: Each Journal took me around 20-30 minutes to complete, so I'd recommend that you block out around 30 minutes when writing.
This class is designed for people of "All Skill Levels." Wherever you are in your Journey of Self-Discovery, whether you're just starting out or have been doing this for years, I think you'll be able to get a lot of value out of these prompts!

In the first half of the class, I'll introduce each Journal and give you some tips on completing them.
In the second half of the class, I'll be sharing my Journals, reading and reflecting on them, seeing what more we can learn!
Understand that it's completely up to you how "Well" you do in this class.
There is nobody "grading" you, but you!
