This course is designed to cover the basics of Shielded metal arc welding. This course is mainly designed for bners/ students or for people who would like a refreshed on this topic.

Students who have completed this course will be able to identify Shielded metal arc welding electrodes, understand the composition in the electrodes, How to weld a fillet, How to strike an arc.

This course also provides troubleshooting tips regarding Shielded metal arc welding.
