Description
This course shares skills and concepts from many different parenting classes I have taken and taught over the years. I have picked the best practices and combined them into this course and added a few personal and practical tips from my own personal experience of raising my five children and through teaching children in the public school setting as well as volunteering for more than 30 years. Families are the stability of our world and truly our future. We belong to our family and it is to be the safe place for us and each individual within. This course discusses the basics of belonging, how to recognize the importance of our basic needs being met so we can function within our family and in society. There are many skills (easy to learn) necessary to have us functioning at our best and instilling the same in our children and others in our home. The quality of our lives is dependent on the positive relationships we have. This course focuses on building uplifting and fun memories within our families. Relationships with our Partners In Time: The people we spend the most time with as we travel through the adventures of life.Family education focuses on enhancing adult practices and behaviors, such as developing and practicing positive and effective communication to develop long lasting and loving relationships with our children. This course focuses on expectations and age appropriate child development skills. To teach our children through empathy and natural consequences along with positive discipline techniques and embrace mistakes. To promote constructive cooperation and most importantly focus on the memories we make with our children and family each and every day.Join me and find ways to make your home life better and extend it into the rest of society and world.
