You will also understand the ramifications of managers' decisions as applied to employees. The second part of the course reviews organizational theories and models. All companies are structured on a set of ideologies and procedures.The course includes the history and development of twelve organizational models. These theories establish the operational rules and regulations that impact company employees, management and staff.
