This is key to help you become a better host for creativity and accelerate your progress. * Guided meditations, breathing exercises, grounding sessions and inspirational practices will help with this purpose.3. MANIFEST creativity from wider and newer perspectives. During these days, you'll experience different creative states to help you find the practices that fit best for you during your personal creative process. * Silence and digital detox practice, sensory tuning sessions, art therapy and the simulation practice will serve you with this goal.
