Students will gain the requisite knowledge on how to amend the FIDIC General Conditions (Part I) by introducing new Clauses in the Particular Conditions (Part II - FIDIC Red Book 1999 Edition)
Requirements
You must have a basic knowledge of the FIDIC Red Book (1999 Edition)
Although the focus is on the FIDIC form of contract, this course is equally effective for all forms of construction contracts on a mutatis mutandis basis (i.e. by making necessary alterations while not affecting the main point at issue).
It would be advantageous to have a copy of the FIDIC Red Book (1999 Edition)
