Your intuition led you here for a reason. Have you been feeling the call to explore energy healing and meditation? Do you sense that there is more to healing than traditional therapies? Could you benefit from greater focus and relaxation? If so, I encourage you to invest in yourself and learn the basics of reiki energy healing and meditation. In this course, we will learn the principles and history of the Reiki tradition, build a strong meditation foundation, learn the techniques to channel reiki for healing, learn the basics of self-healing and healing others, and end with an official Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement and Certificate. You will become familiar with the main energy centers in the body, how to sense subtle energy, and how to open to to trusting in your intuition. This course includes techniques like: grounding, third eye opening, dry bathing, cord cutting, and more! Additional resources also included: a free 21-day Reiki integration course, meditations to work with the precepts, links to Reiki Manuals, and a library of free meditations recorded by me. Plus, I am available after the course and attunement to provide support as you embark on your own journey of personal discovery. I can't wait to meet you!
