Project management can also be used to guide small, simple projects as well as complex instructional design and e-learning projects.In this course, the instructor, Ade, explains the fundamentals of project management, from establishing project goals and objectives and building a project plan to managing resources and work, meeting deadlines, and closing the project.This course was created for corporate instructional designers, e-learning developers and freelancers who desire a better approach to managing their instructional design projects.
