As the Pandemic recedes, you may be considering a career change or just starting your career. This course will help you plan your career. In the recently published, State of the Global Workplace: 2022 Report by Gallup, it was revealed that 60% are emotionally detached at work and 19% are miserable. Only 33% reported feeing engaged which is low. Gallup found that the reason for such numbers is that workers care how they are managed, coached and treated. We will discuss a six-step process to ensure that you will not only enjoy your career, but thrive in your career. We will begin by reviewing skills required in various jobs and careers. We will discuss a comprehensive list of skills that include not only basic skills and physical skills but also creative skills and technical skills among others. We will discuss how you should decide what careers are best for you. This course will provide you with the tools to become a strong candidate for your chosen jobs. We will also discuss how to turn the interview into an engaging conversation.
