Skillshare - How To Develop and Illustrate a Whimsical Scene from Start to Finish Procreate Paint or Pencil

You might be surprised to hear that it's not that complicated.
In this class I will show you:
-The simple worksheet I use to brainstorm ideas.
-The steps I take to find inspiration from photos that are tied to the worksheet.
-How to create the sketch based on the worksheet and mood-board.
-How I rough in some color.
-Finally, I'll walk you through a complete illustration.
I'll be using Procreate but the steps for creating a whimsical scene can be done with any media of course!
If you're following along with me in Procreate, you'll need to know how to use the app since this is not a "how to" class for Procreate. I do have aBeginner Class if you need it! Another class that you might find helpful with scene development skills is my class on Creating Scenes with Depth where we specifically talk about background, middle ground, foreground and so on. And if you'd like to add adorable hedgehogs to your illustrations, I also have aHedgehog class!
