AloMoves - Ashtanga Intermediate Series Video

Welcome to the second sequence in the Ashtanga Yoga method, perfect for anyone who already has an established Primary Series practice. Also known as Nadi Shodhana, the Ashtanga Intermediate Series is an uplifting, charging sequence where you'll work into more challenging backbends, forward bends, and arm balances. These instructional videos break down the full series into eight parts, which build upon each other to give you the strength to advance to the next poses. You can progress through the program at your own pace and move on to the full sequence (and bonus classes) when you're ready.
