3ds Max 2023.3.4 Security Fix
This release provides additional software security protection to 3ds Max 2023. Legacy SketchUp importer has been removed from this security fix.
MAXX-73471:Fixed a problem with the Symmetry modifier when working with data from older 3ds Max scenes where the Modifier was not correctly utilizing the same specific version of the Symmetry code when the object was cloned in a newer copy of 3ds max. This would result in the vertex IDs of the cloned object changing and affecting Modifiers high in the stack (i.e. Edit Poly), making the cloned results look distorted.
3ds Max security fixes include all fixes from previous updates. They can be applied to 3ds Max installed as a standalone application or installed as part of a Suite or Collection.
