NX 2015 Build 2202 (NX 2007 Series) Release Notes - Date: February 2022
Automation Designer is now Industrial Electrical Design
Automation Designer is now renamed Industrial Electrical Design (ELD).When you create new projects or items, search for Industrial Electrical Design as the type of template.
The NX application is Industrial Electrical Design. For technical reasons the installer and the components related to Teamcenter keep the name Automation Designer.

The functionality of the application has not changed. The item key prefixes and APIs have not changed.
EDZ product data import enhancements
You can modify the contents of the EDZ Mapping Navigator.
You can:
- Create new EDZ objects.
- Modify or delete existing EDZ objects.
- Add new properties and property values to EDZ objects that are in the Products and Function templates folders.
- Add new property values to EDZ objects that are in the Properties folder.
- Undo your modifications by resetting the EDZ Mapping Navigator and the mapping to their default states.
- Update the structure of the EDZ Mapping Navigator and the mapping to a newer default state.
